Who to contact to manage my corresponding subscriptions?

1- If you want to delete your Disney+ or OSN+ account
Account deletion must be requested directly through OSN+ or Disney+ Shahid cannot delete or manage partner accounts.

2- If you want to change your username on Disney+ or OSN+
Username changes are handled directly by OSN+ or Disney+

3- If the wrong Disney+ or OSN+ account is linked to your Epic Bundle
If you linked wrong account, please reach out to OSN+ or Disney+ support, as Shahid cannot change linked partner accounts.

4- If you subscribed to the bundle and already had an active subscription on either partner,

Please reach out to  OSN+ or Disney+ to sort out the multiple subscriptions for you 

5- If you face login, loading, or streaming issues on Disney+ or OSN+
These are partner-related technical issues and should be handled directly by OSN+ or Disney+ support.
