   • Make sure you enter your valid mobile number

   • Enter the number without 00, +, or the country code

   • Double-check for any typing mistakes

   2. Wait Before Requesting a New OTP

   • Please wait at least 2 minutes before requesting a new OTP.

   • Requesting multiple OTPs within a short time may delay delivery.

   3. Check with Your Service Provider

   If you still haven’t received the OTP:

   • Make sure your network signal is stable.

   • Contact your mobile service provider to confirm that messages from MBC Shahid are not being blocked.
