1. Check if your device operating system is listed below:

 

• All IOS Devices, Except iPads 1 & 2 and iPhones 4 & 5 – Running on IOS Versions 14.0 and above

2. Check if your device is rooted:

Rooted devices: are the devices that bypassing the restrictions of an electronic device in order to install software other than what the manufacturer has made available for that device.
 

• You need to make sure that you have the original supported MBC Shahid’s app by visiting your official mobile store and search for the MBC Shahid app and make sure that you find the app there, update or download it from their only.
