Where Can I Manage My Epic Bundle? Once your subscription is active, the Bundle Management section will appear in your MBC Shahid account. To access it: Log in to your MBC Shahid account. Go to Account Settings. Select Bundle Management. From this section, you can manage your partner subscriptions and check their activation status. What Can I Do in Bundle Management? Through the Bundle Management section, you can: Activate your Disney+ subscription. Activate your OSN+ subscription. Check the activation status of each partner subscription. Access Disney+ and OSN+ after successful activation. How Can I Activate Disney+ or OSN+? Follow these simple steps to activate your partner subscriptions: Go to Account Settings → Bundle Management. Click Activate Now next to Disney+ or OSN+. You will be redirected to the selected partner's platform. Follow the on-screen instructions to register or sign in and complete the activation. Important Notes: You must be physically located in a GCC country to complete the activation. Your subscription period begins once your payment is successfully processed, not when you activate your partner accounts. What Should I Do If I See "Contact Support" Instead of "Activate Now"? If the Contact Support button appears instead of Activate Now in your Bundle Management section, it may indicate that a previous activation attempt failed or was interrupted. In this case, our Customer Support team will need to assist you in resetting the activation process. What should you do? Contact our MBC Shahid Customer Support Team. Let us know which partner subscription you're trying to activate (Disney+ or OSN+). Our team will investigate the issue and assist you with resetting the activation process. Once the issue is resolved, the Activate Now button should become available again, allowing you to complete your activation. What Happens If I Cancel My Epic Bundle Subscription? If you decide to cancel your Epic Bundle or Epic Bundle | Sports subscription, your bundle benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
